All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services — including evaluations and certification decisions — are provided solely by independent OMC-registered West Virginia physicians who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party West Virginia-licensed physician registered with the OMC and trained via the mandatory four-hour OMC physician education course. These physicians are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and ClarksburgMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent physician you choose to book with.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a Patient Certification, that OMC will approve your medical cannabis ID card application, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a physician will accept you as a patient. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent physician. Card approval decisions are made solely by OMC.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are West Virginia residents with a qualifying serious medical condition on the OMC's list. You must hold a valid West Virginia photo ID and acceptable proof of West Virginia residency to register through MyComplia. Consult the OMC Patient Registration page for current eligibility requirements.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy. ClarksburgMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you do not receive a Patient Certification following your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy. The $50 annual OMC application fee paid directly to the West Virginia Department of Health through wv-public.mycomplia.com is non-refundable; refund eligibility for the OMC fee is governed entirely by OMC policy.
